The quest for the the best Chicken Rice

It’s no lie that I have dedicated my recent work and career all to one dish - Hainanese Chicken Rice. It’s a dish that has traveled far and wide, interpreted and loved by many, and Singapore claims it as one of its national priced dishes.

On my recent trip to Singapore - I wanted to deep dive into what makes this dish so spectacular, and whether there’s a way to understand better what makes a good, versus brilliant Hainanese chicken rice. Some say it’s all about the chicken, some about the sauce, and to others it’s all about the rice.

All of the study/series is to my own preference and using my own palette and knowledge on the subject matter, so take it or leave it in my opinion.
